1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and with all included accessories/manuals.

  • Change-of-mind returns (e.g., wrong color/choice by customer) are not accepted.

3. Refund Method

  • Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued in cash at the time of product pickup, or via bank transfer (if requested).

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.


4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.

  • Items without original packaging/accessories.

  • Discounted/clearance items (unless defective).


5. Replacement Option
